My Commitment to the Church
Andrew will serve as a team member of the Otumoetai Church of Christ ministry staff. His position will work in conjunction with existing youth and young adult ministries. He will participate in current community outreach activities and help to facilitate new evangelistic strategies. He will serve in an administrative role to participate in and evaluate present ministries and congregational goals. He will assist with the spiritual development of the congregation through preaching, teaching, and mentoring relationships.

| Working with present ministries -Participating with and evaluating ministry goals on a weekly basis Developing new ministries -Implementing at least one new ministry (Celebrate Recovery, Truth Project, Friendspeak) in the next two years. Follow-up with contacts from present ministries -On a weekly basis or as opportunities are presented |
Teaching classes -Teaching one quarter (13 weeks) each year -Helping plan one young adult and youth camp each year -Monthly events |
